Quality:
- Floors: 2×4 floor PT joists spaced 16” on center (2×6 floor joists come standard on our 14’ Wide structures)
- Sidewalls: 2×4 Studs spaced 16” OC covered with LP Smart Siding
- Substructure: Pressure-treated 4×4 Runners
- Roof: 1/2” OSB sheeting covered with vinyl underlayment and Timberline Architectural shingles
- Paint: Three coats of Haley Paint (100% Acrylic Super Satin) come standard on all of our buildings
Special Add-ons
- Vinyl Package: 15% upgrade on the Classic Base Price (Includes solid slab doors)
- LP Shiplap Siding: 20% upgrade on the Base Price
- Swiss Package: 6% upgrade on the Classic Base Price (Includes Swiss Eves with a 3” Overhang, a peak over the doors and extra trim on the face of the barn)
